1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at kndca.in (the "Website"), managed and operated by Kamdar & Daga, Chartered Accountants ("KNDCA", "we", "us", or "our"), an ICAI-registered partnership firm with Head Office at Orange City Towers, Dhantoli, Nagpur 440012, Maharashtra. By browsing our website, initiating a preliminary consultation, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Website Content & Informational Status

All materials, guides, subsidy summaries, policy analyses, calculators, and articles published on this Website are provided solely for general informational purposes. They do not constitute formal legal, accounting, tax, investment, or credit advice. Visiting this website or submitting an enquiry does not by itself establish a formal client-accountant or fiduciary relationship between you and Kamdar & Daga.

A formal advisory relationship is created only upon the execution of a written Letter of Engagement (LoE) countersigned by an authorized partner of Kamdar & Daga.

3. Explicit Non-Guarantee of Loans & Government Subsidies

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: Kamdar & Daga operates strictly as an independent Chartered Accountancy consultancy firm. We do NOT guarantee:

• Sanction, approval, or disbursement of any loan, line of credit, or financial facility by any bank, NBFC, or financial institution.
• Specific interest rates, processing fee waivers, collateral concessions, or repayment moratoriums.
• Sanction, eligibility certification, or monetary disbursement of any Central or State industrial subsidy, grant, or tax incentive (such as PSI Maharashtra, MoFPI, or Central Capital Subsidies).
• Specific completion or sanction timelines from external third parties or government departments.

All credit sanction decisions are made exclusively at the independent discretion of institutional credit committees. Similarly, all subsidy determinations are subject to the gazetted policies, eligibility audits, and budgetary allocations of the respective State and Central Government authorities.

4. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information

In all consultations and formal mandates, clients agree to provide authentic, accurate, complete, and unadulterated financial statements, tax records, project estimates, and statutory filings. Kamdar & Daga relies upon the truthfulness and bona fide nature of documents furnished by the client and does not accept liability for consequences arising from undisclosed defaults, misrepresentations, or fraudulent documentation.

5. Professional Fees & Payment Terms

Fees for formal advisory, preparation of CMA data, Detailed Project Reports (DPR), subsidy claim certification, audit, and taxation services will be specified in the individual Letter of Engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, professional retainers for project documentation are non-refundable once preparatory work has commenced.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, analytical structures, and proprietary report formats, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kamdar & Daga and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Kamdar & Daga, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use this website, or any commercial business decisions made based on general website content prior to formal engagement.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to our advisory services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts and tribunals located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
