Funding & Loan Consultancy

Key questions on borrowing criteria, working capital limits, high-value mortgages, and project finance parameters.

Our corporate and commercial financing practice is structured for business loans above ₹50 Lakh (working capital, CC/OD limits, machinery term loans) and project finance above ₹1 Crore (greenfield projects, industrial expansions, warehouses). For retail home loans, we advise on standard to high-value residential properties without rigid lower thresholds.

Unregulated direct selling agents (DSAs) often focus on mass file pushing without analyzing underlying balance sheet health or tax implications. As Chartered Accountants, we analyze your financial statements with institutional rigor. We identify balance sheet discrepancies, evaluate debt-service coverage ratios (DSCR), audit CMA data, and ensure credit proposals withstand rigorous credit committee scrutiny without jeopardizing your statutory standing.

No. In strict compliance with ICAI professional ethics and statutory banking principles, Kamdar & Daga never provides loan sanction guarantees. Sanction decisions rest solely with the credit underwriting teams of the respective banks or financial institutions. What we guarantee is rigorous financial structuring, pre-submission vetting, and flawless documentation that eliminates preventable rejection causes.

Working capital enhancements (₹50 Lakh to ₹5 Crore) typically take 3 to 6 weeks from dossier finalization to sanction. Complex project finance mandates (₹5 Crore to ₹100 Crore+) involving technocommercial appraisals, consortium approvals, and site inspections generally take 6 to 12 weeks. Complete and prompt submission of financial records significantly speeds up timelines.

Subsidies & Industrial Incentives

Guidelines on State Package Schemes of Incentives (PSI), Central capital grants, and claim timelines.

The Package Scheme of Incentives (PSI) is the flagship industrial policy of Maharashtra designed to encourage industrial dispersion to developing regions (such as Vidarbha, Marathwada, and North Maharashtra). Manufacturing units, agro-processing facilities, and select service enterprises investing in plant, machinery, and civil works qualify for capital subsidies, interest subvention, and power tariff rebates. Eligibility depends on the industrial classification zone (Zone A, B, C, D, D+, or Aspirational Districts).

Eligibility applications must almost invariably be initiated before commercial production starts, and under certain schemes, before placing machinery orders or incurring significant capital expenditure. Missing statutory cut-offs or incurring unverified cash expenses will result in permanent disqualification of incentives. We strongly urge engaging us during the project planning stage.

In many cases, yes, subject to non-duplication rules. For instance, food processing units can often avail MoFPI capital grants alongside State interest subvention, electricity duty exemptions, and stamp duty waivers. However, exact combinations must be structured carefully to prevent statutory breaches where policies disallow dual capital subsidies on identical plant and machinery components.

Capital subsidies and interest subventions are disbursed in tranches following physical inspection, commercial production commencement, and submission of CA-certified expenditure statements (Form-1, Form-2, etc.). Our firm prepares and certifies all required statutory audit reports and liaises with District Industries Centres (DIC) or nodal ministries to facilitate timely release.
